Everything a visual artist needs to know

Artquest shares the resources, networks and opportunities you need to develop your visual arts practice. It also creates projects and events for the benefit of artists at any stage in their careers. All of their staff are part-time, practicing as visual artists. They aim to build a bridge from student experience to sustainable working life.

Axis is your contemporary art radar. The website features profiles of professional artists and curators, interviews, discussions, art news, debates and showcases the artists to watch.  They offer curated portfolios with great usability and good flexibility.  There are also monthly featured artists and MA artists.

Q-art is aimed at prospective students, graduates, self-trained artists and all those with an interest in art. They attempt to break down the barriers to and between various models of art education and make the workings of the contemporary art world more transparent. 

Q-art runs crits and events across the country, conducts research into good practice within art education and published (digital and paper) a number of pithy books on art crit and art school courses.
